VPSA Oxygen Generator

Vacuum pressure swing adsorption (abbr. VPSA), according to the difference of the adsorbing selectivity and diffusivity of the gaseous components on solid adsorbent, performs cyclic operation of adsorption at near normal pressure and desorption at vacuum to achieve gas separation.

VPSA oxygen producing technology：

adsorption at low pressure and desorption at vacuum. At near normal pressure (wind pressure), the feed air flows through the compound bed of specialized adsorbent and impurity-adsorbing adsorbent to selectively adsorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide and impurity water etc., to cause oxygen to be enriched at the end of the adsorbent bed and collected. The adsorbent bed adsorbed to saturation is desorbed at vacuum. In this way high purity oxygen (90 ~95 %) can be produced in the cyclic operation. Generally energy consumed in VPSA is lower. The huger the oxygen producing device the lower the energy consumed.

The feed air is from nature, only by a blower and power source. The energy consumed in the oxygen producing device and the operation cost are low.

Oxygen purity is adjustable conveniently, within 21 ~ 95 %.

The oxygen producing device is highly automatic. It is quick to get steady product oxygen, and it does not need man on duty. Start or shutdown is just pressing a key. Oxygen can be obtained within 10 ~ 15 min after start.

The process of oxygen production is simple, and the device is compact and has wide adaptability.

The special cylinder-pressing elements protect the molecular sieve from being pulverized by the gas stream impacting. Warn automatically with sound and light or shutdown in protection if the cylinder travel exceeds the limit.

Digital flowmeters with pressure compensation, high precise secondary instruments for monitoring an operating process, have the functions of instantaneous flowrate and accumulative calculation. (Optional)

Imported analyzers for online detection, are high precise, maintenance-free. (Optional)
